The use of the website www.trippy.gr and the services which offered, follow the below Terms of Use. With the purchase or reservation of any service which offered by the website www.trippy.gr, the user automatically accepts the Terms and Conditions.

www.trippy.gr facilitates bookings for transfer services or other activities.
While www.trippy.gr endeavors to ensure that the booking engine is normally available 24 hours a day, www.trippy.gr shall not be liable if for any reason the booking engine is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the booking engine may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond www.trippy.gr control.
4. Booking Conditions
Please read the following conditions which apply to reservations/bookings made by you through this booking engine. www.trippy.gr has chosen this model of business payment, when making a booking:
You pay a booking deposit 20% at the time of making your booking and the balance is paid to the activity supplier on arrival. At all times you are responsible for payment of any additional services/costs requested by you and you are responsible for any other service charges applied by said to the activity supplier. You must use a credit card such as Visa, or Master card tο make a booking through this booking engine. Please note that not all activity suppliers will accept debit cards or alternative payment types. Any data transferred to a payment processer is transferred through an encrypted secure server. If you need to make any alterations to your booking, www.trippy.gr must receive a communication through (info@trippy.gr) from you through the booking engine clearly informing www.trippy.gr of the precise details of such alteration. www.trippy.gr does not guarantee said alterations can be processed. However every effort will be made to meet with a favourable outcome.
5. Pricing
www.trippy.gr makes every effort to ensure that prices quoted at the time a booking is made on this booking engine are accurate in all material respects. None the less www.trippy.gr reserves the right to amend the price quoted at the time a booking is made in the event of a manifest or patent error in the price quoted. www.trippy.gr will endeavor to notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable in the event that a price quoted at the time of booking is incorrect. In the event of a change of price quoted at the time of booking the customer may elect to pay the amended price or alternatively the customer will be entitled to a refund of all sums paid. www.trippy.gr cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy between the price displayed by www.trippy.gr and the amount charged by your credit card company due to the rate of exchange used.
6. Cancellation Conditions
If you wish to cancel a booking, the only accepted method is through the www.trippy.gr Website.
In the event that you cancel or amend a credit/debit card booking www.trippy.gr will not be liable for any monetary losses suffered by you as are sult of a change in monetary exchange rates between the time of your original booking and its subsequent cancellation or amendment (as applicable). No cancellation is permitted after the date and time that the booking is due to commence.
In case of cancellations more than or up to 10 days prior the booked service date a full refund shall be given. In case of cancellations of less than 10 days in advance but more than or up to 5 days prior the booked service date 30% of the total cost will be charged and in case of cancellation less than 5 days prior to the booked service date 80% of the total amount will be charged. In case of a customer no-show the full amount of the service will be charged.
If the service is being cancelled due to bad weather conditions or other conditions, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card according to EU rules that apply, unless you wishe to reschedule.

You do not have permission to modify copy, distribute, collate, transfer, reproduce or display any of the above for personal or business use. In particular, by proceeding to access this booking engine, you agree:

You agree that no relationship, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and www.trippy.gr as a result of the Terms of Use or your use of this booking engine. Our performance of the Terms of Use is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement shall prevent www.trippy.gr complying with any law enforcement or governmental authorities requests or requirements relating to your use of this booking engine or information provided to or gathered by www.trippy.gr with respect to such use and www.trippy.gr shall have no liability in respect of such compliance. Although www.trippy.gr cannot monitor the conduct of its user’s offsite, it is a violation of these Terms of Use to use any information obtained from this booking engine in order to harass, abuse or harm other persons, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any user or person without their prior express consent.
